My favorite season's fall.
I gotta give props to Hall.
Baby boys are real fun.
They really like to run.

There is no better season, in my mind, than fall. You feel so alive. I love it. Crisp, cool air ripe for a fire. Cant wait! Can't wait! Can't wait!

We're in Tulsa visiting Christian's family. Our sister and brother-in-law and two kiddos are in from Chicago and we're celebrating our niece's 1st birthday! Avery, our nephew is three. Watching him get pumped about running around in a circle for 15 minutes or playing football, hide-and-seek, or human jungle gym just reminds me of how excited I am that we have Thomas. Boys are so fun. It's hard to believe that my little guys will be talking to me and asking if he can run outside for forever. I hope my answer is almost always, yes.

I just found out that a dear old high school friend, Angela, is living in France and recovering from a bout with breast cancer. She was no more than 25 when diagnosed and is cancer-free now. What an eye-opener and reminder that we gotta live each day to the fullest. She's engaged and planning to get married in France or Italy. How proud I am of her for just going for it and making such a memorable life experience. She'll never regret it. I had to give her props because she is a new reader of vaughtthoughts. Angela, thanks for emailing and know you're in my prayers. Go Hall High class of '96...can I getta Woo Woo? Awwrite! You knoowww.
