Pra HA!

Drinking to put out the flames from the money we'd just spent on art.

More drinking from more money spent on art.

Mmm Mmm Mmm. Words, words, words just can't explain this wicked-cool town. Prague is a favorite. It's amazing, beautiful and has so much history. I'm SO glad we gave this place an extra day. We have seen the biggest castle in the world here. We've gotten the history behind the Christmas carol Good King Wenceslas. He's from here and there are tributes, town squares and statues in his honor all over. He's actually not a king.

The Charles Bridge is beautiful. I have a thing for bridges and this one is spectacular. All-in-all, we've eaten this place up. We got some original art that I'm so jazzed about. I have been saving my souvenir $$ just for the art here and I'm excited about the oil and the acrylics that we found. I can't believe we actually bought some art, but I love it.

We've seen Old Town Square, Jewish Quarter, Charles Bridge, Wenceslas Sqare, the Old Town Hall Astronomical Clock and the Prague Castle. We had made reservations to stay at Hotel Expres and when we got there weary from our travels, needy of a shower, they had given our room away. This puzzled us greatly and frustrated the ever-loving puddin' out of us. They called a sister hotel, Hotel Lily, and we got a very cool room for the same price. It all works out, see?

Czech Beer is good. Pilsner Urquell will do ya right if you like Pilsner's. We celebrated our art purchases with toasts. See pictures above.

We're headed to London tomorrow. I'm pretty worn out. We're running ourselves ragged, but it's completely worth it. We get home the first part of next week and I have to be at work on Wednesday...wanka.

Welp, Love to all and we'll see you soon,
RCV & EMV
